Very happy with the service here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Jo Smiley is great! She always follows through to finish everything she says she'll do. The online patient portal is convenient for scheduling or changing appointments, and checking on test results. I love that I can type in messages for Jo and she responds almost always on the same day.

Stephanie is amazing. She's patient. She listens. She is open to feedback and collaborates with patients on their care. I felt so cared for, safe and as though my provider wanted to align in my treatment plan. Quality care is hard to find but Bright Futures is a great place to receive help and support.

I’ve never felt so safe or comfortable in a mental health practice as I do here. The staff are kind. My psychiatrist Shannon is absolutely the best I’ve ever had, hands down. I’ve been other places where they don’t listen to you because you’re young or a woman. If that’s been your mental health experience, try coming here. It’s a world of difference, being really heard and seen.

Horrible practice that doesn’t care about their veterans or patients. Missed one appointment due to an illness and they discharged me from their practice. They also switched my providers 3-4 different times and had me doing intakes every other month it seemed. They lose providers left and right. If given the option go to a different practice that shows compassion and understanding and can keep a continuation of care properly. Edit: they did not in fact look into the matter or resolve anything. Just put a generic post about them trying to do better. They don’t in fact care about their patients just that you pay them.

Best care ever for my autistic Daughter. They so listen to my concerns and follow up with me to make sure everything it’s ok. They don’t make you set up an appointment for a dosage increase on medications like other horrible places that asked me to come to their office and be there for three hours to see if there is a cancelation just to adjust a medication

We had an absolutely wonderful first appointment today. My 13 yr old was so happy and said she feels good about this place because they gave her the chance to talk and took time to listen to everything she had to say! We are hopeful that this will be a great place for care!
